Standard orders are picked up and delivered back within 48 hours. Need it faster? Rush service is available for an add-on fee.

Use a standard 13-gallon bag or equivalent, up to 18 lbs per bag — no special equipment needed. Prefer something sturdier? Ask about our custom Soap Sun & Shine bag for $5.

Nothing is charged at booking. One-time orders are charged after your order is complete; subscription members are billed monthly, at the start of the month.

Leave your bag out and go live your day — we'll pick up and drop off at the address and instructions you gave us.

Plans change — just call or text us to adjust your booking. Same-day cancellations carry a $10 fee, so a heads-up whenever you can helps us both.
